Financial Aspects of Your Care Parker Hughes Cancer Center has a staff of experts working to assist in all financial aspects of your care. This staff will work closely with your insurance company on your behalf to ensure that they will provide the maximum amount of coverage needed. If your insurance company or HMO is reluctant to provide coverage, this staff will do everything possible to negotiate and obtain coverage. This highly trained staff works hard to make sure that no patient has to worry about financial concerns. In addition to treatment coverage, Parker Hughes Cancer Center has a patient services fund which can be utilized by patients and families in need to cover other expenses such as food, lodging, and transportation.
